Health Department Restaurant Inspection
I scraped the Pulaski County Health Department website for food service inspections. I then analyzed the data to identify that Tuesday at 1100 is the most likely time for an inspection. When I first ran this in November of 2024, some places had not been inspected in ten years. Now it’s under two years.
